To celebrate the conclusion of its Consortial Survey Initiative, PACSCL is hosting a two-day event exploring creative methods for improving management and access to archives and special collections. An outstanding lineup of speakers will participate in a series of panels on different areas of our work, with plenty of opportunities for attendees to interact with the speakers and share their own ideas. The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR), sponsor of an exciting new hidden collections initiative, has graciously lent support to this event.
Space will be very limited, so we encourage you to register online as early as you can.
Update on November 3, 2008:
We regret to announce that Karen Calhoun of OCLC is no longer able to participate. We are fortunate, however, that her colleague Merrilee Proffitt is still able to join us and will be expanding her presentation.
Fewer than 8 tickets remain - please get your online registration in as soon as possible if you'd like to attend.
